Cancellation and refund policy

For cancellation 7 days before the transfer / excursion, the advance payment made by the customer is returned. In case of late cancellation or customer no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

The customer has the obligation to inform our company of the full names of each person who will participate in our services.

In case the client is late for the appointment, the first 20 minutes are free of charge. After the first 20 minutes the charge is 60 euros per hour of delay.

Our service prices do not include food, drinks and museum/archaeological site tickets.

Payment Policy

Payment for our services can be made using cash or credit and debit cards. Our company has a POS for card payments.
